Course Objectives

To enhance effectiveness and efficiency in executing administrative and secretarial
functions

  • To provide skills and techniques to the participants on:-
  • Creation, manipulation, editing and printing documents in various presentation
    formats
  • Producing brochures, labels, and manuscripts
  • Creating and formatting budget spreadsheets
  • Creating diagrams, illustrations, charts, and graphs
  • Preparing organizational charts

  • Microcomputer technology hardware and software systems
  • Word processing and presentation software tools
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, graphics, and publishing software tools
  • Spreadsheets and Database Systems
  • The Internet services

Course fee

TZS 95-0,000.00 per participant.

The fee covers tuition, hand-outs, session break tea and lunch for 15 training days
